Coaching consists of a 1 hour coaching call per week.

The coaching framework is based on the tenants of Fearless Living (Rhonda Britten) which focuses on understanding what fears may be hindering growth.  Coaching is different from therapy in that there is no diagnosis and digging into the past is not emphasized.  Setting and meeting goals are the primary focus of this model of coaching.
